We’re hiring – General Assistant

Claythorpe Watermill & Wildfowl Gardens is a popular, family-run visitor attraction about 3 miles from Alford. Under new ownership since 2013, it has a wildfowl garden, small shop and busy café. It’s important to us that visitors receive a warm welcome and enjoy every part of their visit, whether they’ve come for a day out or are one of our regular visitors returning for a cream tea or lunch in our café. Following a major increase in visitor numbers, we are looking for a general assistant to help us welcome guests, take admission fees and food orders at the till, help with food preparation, basic cooking, serving food and cleaning. Start date is as soon as possible until the end of September (and possibly into October). Our season ends on 31 October.
